TEKlife is operated by TEKlife Technology Consultancy, located at C101 - The Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We publish a residential wellness certification standard for the GCC market. Contact us at info@teklife.org.

Contact form (teklife.org/contact): name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), inquiry type, and message content.
Newsletter subscription (homepage): email address only.

We do not collect data through cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the site. We do not use advertising tracking pixels or third-party analytics at this time.

To respond to your inquiry submitted via the contact form.
To send you TEKlife certification updates, standard publications, and performance data releases (newsletter subscribers only).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and its implementing regulations:

Contact form submissions are processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Newsletter subscriptions are processed on the basis of your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Retention

Contact form inquiries are retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We will delete your data sooner upon a valid request.

6. Third-Party Services

Contact form submissions are processed via Formsubmit.co, a third-party form delivery service. Your submission data passes through their servers to deliver your message to info@teklife.org. Please review their privacy policy for details of their data handling.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) may be collected by Vercel for operational purposes. Refer to their privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time.
Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe we have violated your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@teklife.org with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted to our email inbox via an encrypted connection.
